Plagiarism Policy: Upholding Integrity, Nurturing Originality
At GYANBODH, we are committed to maintaining high academic standards through a rigorous and transparent peer-review process. Below is an outline of the steps your submission will go through before approval:
1. Submission
- Authors submit their research paper, article, or book review via email to info@gyanbodh.com by the 25th of bi monthly.
- The submission must adhere to the journal's Submission Guidelines in terms of format, referencing, and originality.
2. Initial Screening
- Once received, the editorial team conducts a preliminary check to ensure that the submission aligns with the journal's scope and adheres to our basic requirements (e.g., formatting, plagiarism check, etc.).
- Submissions that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the author for revision before proceeding further.
3. Plagiarism Check
- The editorial team runs the submission through anti-plagiarism software to ensure originality. Submissions with significant plagiarism issues will be rejected immediately, and authors will be notified.
4. Assignment to Peer Reviewers
- After passing the initial checks, the paper is assigned to two or more expert peer reviewers in the relevant field. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and knowledge of the subject matter.
5. Double-Blind Peer Review
- The review process follows a double-blind method, where both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous.
- Reviewers critically evaluate the paper for its originality, contribution to the field, clarity, methodology, and overall quality.
6. Reviewer Feedback
- Based on the reviewers' assessment, the paper will receive one of the following recommendations:
- Accept as is: The paper is approved without changes.
- Minor revisions: The paper needs small improvements before approval.
- AMajor revisions: The paper requires significant changes and will need to be resubmitted.
- Reject: The paper is not suitable for publication.
